These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Soul Power Electrical Ltd and your use of our website. By requesting a quote or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or materials required differ from those assumed in the quote. We will always discuss any variation with you before
proceeding.
All electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians in accordance with New Zealand standards and
regulations. On completion we provide the appropriate certification (such as a Certificate of Compliance)
where required.
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days of completion. We accept bank transfer and other methods noted on your invoice.
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Supplied products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Please keep your
invoice and any documentation as proof of purchase and installation.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
